WARRANTY

All our products* come with a 12-month warranty under consumer law. 

Warranty claims are reviewed individually, and some products may offer additional warranties.

All products* are protected by a limited 7-year warranty. Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as installation method, ongoing maintenance, cleaning frequency, type of cleaner used, and the surrounding environment. These variables can greatly impact the durability of the product.  

Glass breakage is not covered under the warranty. Toughened safety glass is significantly stronger than ordinary glass and may shatter into small, relatively harmless pieces when broken. Spontaneous glass fracture, a rare occurrence in toughened glass, can happen without an apparent cause. One potential cause is Nickel Sulphide Inclusion, an undetectable contamination that can occur during the molten process of float glass manufacturing.

RETURNS 

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Please email us at sales@diyfencingwa.com.au before returning any goods. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Proof of purchase must be accompanied with the returned merchandise.
• The merchandise must be in its original condition with all packaging intact and re-saleable
• A restocking fee of 10% or $30 (whichever is greater) applies to returned items. 
• A refund will be processed and issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods for any damage.
• Customers are responsible for organising and paying for all returns.
• Our return policy does not apply to cut to size or custom orders such as: project glass/hardware/extrusion, Enduroshield coating, cut to size screening, cut to size battens etc
• If the return is not approved because the item is damaged or cannot be resold due to the condition of the product or packaging, the depot will hold the product for 24 hours. If it is not collected within this period, the depot will dispose of the item.
• Any goods damaged upon delivery must be reported within 24 hours, provided that they have not been transported in a manner likely to cause damage due to mishandling.

SHIPPING RETURNS 

Returns should be shipped within 14 days of receiving the delivery to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the returned goods are received.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
