Delivery

We strive to ensure prompt delivery by utilizing our multiple distribution centers across the country.

While it is not necessary for anyone to be present at the time of delivery, please note the following:

Due to Workplace Health & Safety considerations, our delivery personnel will position the delivered goods at the first safe location within the residential property line.

We kindly request that you make arrangements prior to our staff’s arrival to ensure an unobstructed path of travel and a suitable storage location are available.

Pick up

Pick-up is available from our depots Monday to Friday, strictly between 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM.

Staff are available to assist with loading your goods; however, they will not load onto an unsuitable vehicle. Please ensure your vehicle can accommodate your order.

We kindly request that you be polite and courteous to all staff members.

Palletised freight

Palletised freight can be organised by yourself or alternatively we can provide a quote.

Goods are packed securely on a wooden pallet for this delivery option

Courier service

Couriers provide a fast and economical method for sending smaller parcels. If you prefer this option, contact us for a quote so we can adjust your order accordingly.
