Can someone come and measure and tell me what I need to order?
We do not provide a measuring and quote service. However, we can assist you with your requirements if you send in a drawing with detailed information and your fencing choices. Please use our contact form or email us directly at sales@diyfencingwa.com.au.
I do not qualify for the $99 delivery, can you arrange freight for me?
Absolutely, we will provide you with a quote for the freight cost first. Should you choose to cancel the order based on the quoted price, a full refund will be issued. However, we recommend that you obtain your own quote as it may offer a more competitive rate.
I need to collect a product urgently
As with any online store, orders must be placed via our website. Each order will then undergo a process that includes picking the items and arranging for delivery or collection. Depending on the volume of orders ahead of yours and the time of day your order is placed, we like to allow 24 hours. Nonetheless, we strive to make products available as promptly as possible.
